Nicholas Farah is the Chief Operating Officer and a founding employee of Term Finance, where he has helped build and scale the business from the ground up into a multi-market financial services company operating across the Caribbean. Prior to Term Finance, Nicholas spent six years with RBC in Toronto, Canada, working across its call centre and alternative business channels. During that time, he progressed into roles as an Agent Success Coach and Subject Matter Expert for credit products, developing a strong foundation in customer experience, digital service delivery, credit and large-scale financial operations.
